When you join RadNet as a Radiologic Technologist, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access, aligning all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
Monitor patients’ well‑being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures.
Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
Demonstrate competency regarding safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
Safeguard onsite medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
If You Are
Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and ability to remain professional in all situations.
Demonstrate effective, professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
Have a structured work‑approach, understand complex problems, and can prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
ARRT(R) certification.
State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
BLS certification.
Preferred: at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience.
