Our client, a leading organization in healthcare and provider operations, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be part of the Provider Management team supporting clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Lead requirements‑elicitation sessions with diverse provider stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical needs.
Translate provider operational and clinical needs into clear, actionable requirements and specifications.
Develop functional, conceptual, and logical design documentation to support system enhancements and workflows.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and clinical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within IT development, with at least 3 years in healthcare settings.
Exceptional requirements‑elicitation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
