What Services We Need
TRACK – Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear and marketing assets.
EXECUTION – Set up BallerTV’s streaming system at each venue; move safely and efficiently.
MONITOR – Ensure each game’s stream is steady and consistent; operate and troubleshoot equipment and maintain communication.
ENJOY – Watch live sports while working.
FLEXIBILITY – Part‑time, weekend contractor; events may start early and run late; travel up to 40 miles.
Compensation Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour. Daily shifts can be over 12 hours long; a weekend tournament can be over 30 hours of work. It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age.
Must complete a pre‑event background check.
Must be familiar with iOS devices and products.
Must be personable and professional at all times.
Must have the ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
Must possess a positive winning attitude.
Preferred Experience
Experience in live event production, sports, or customer‑facing positions.
Knowledge, interest, and experience within grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, and/or wrestling.
Having a current and valid driver’s license to receive and transport event equipment.
