Responsibilities
Develop maintain expertise with designated social media channels and marketing platforms to optimize digital communications efforts.
Collaborate with key leaders and SMEs to develop portfolio strategy and planning practices.
Develop workflows, monitor campaign activities, and report on results.
Lead social media consumer care practices and provide oversight of cross-functional activities.
Increase the impact of audience feedback by gathering, analyzing, and leveraging analytics to improve social media traffic.
Interact with the portfolio assessment team to support the measurement of effectiveness.
Develop internal communications to inform the team of strategy, initiatives, results, emerging trends, best practices, and policy updates.
Assist with operations planning and document activities in English.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (experience may be substituted).
Experience: 3+ years of related experience.
Security clearance: Minimum DoW Secret clearance required; select positions require TS/SCI eligibility.
Ability to work nonstandard hours and be on-call for periods of time. Some travel may be required.
Location On Customer Site (Tampa, FL).
