Job Overview
Corporate, Sales & Clinical Recruiter at Traditions Health (now The Care Team). This is an Account Executive role located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidates selected for this position will transition to employment with The Care Team effective January 1, 2026.
Base Pay Range $63,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed territory admission and account target goals.
Develop relationships with key facility accounts and provide compliant service.
Make 8-10 sales calls per day to decision makers.
Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to present Traditions values.
Partner with the clinical team to deliver high‑level service to patients, referral sources, and the community.
Communicate effectively with referral sources and educate them on the company’s services.
Provide public education on home health care and hospice services.
Assist with development and implementation of quarterly Strategic Business Plans and maintain target lists.
Maintain knowledge of community resources and develop networking relationships.
Maintain a professional attitude and collaborate well with others.
Identify and resolve referral source concerns and respond to customer complaints promptly.
Gather necessary materials to facilitate patient admission.
Meet minimum administrative standards: document daily sales calls in CRM, maintain updated referral source records.
Maintain accurate expense reports, weekly territory reports, and account profile sheets.
Attend weekly sales calls and meetings.
Complete assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Reliable transportation with valid and current auto insurance.
