Inside Sales Representative
Base pay range: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
Location: Tampa, FL.
Overview We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship‑building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, competitive energy, and the ability to communicate professionally.
Duties
Engage customers through calls and follow‑ups
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Experience
Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively
Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly understand and present information clearly
Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred
