Base pay range $88,000.00/yr - $108,000.00/yr

Alleviation seeks a driven, energetic individual to join our sales team. We welcome candidates regardless of previous sales or leadership experience; we value ownership, growth, and service.

We provide extensive training, including virtual classes and hands‑on mentoring. The role primarily focuses on making sales calls and supporting clients locally, with optional sales weeks featuring travel. Your responsibilities include introducing business owners and employees to top‑tier supplemental health benefit plans through consultations and group presentations.

Core Responsibilities

Use our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand the client portfolio within your territory.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text.

Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.

Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals and re‑service existing clients.

Build and nurture a personal client portfolio.

Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit the schedule to the manager each week.

Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain – study course and state licensing fees reimbursement provided).

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of relevant experience will be considered).
