What You’ll Do
Conduct on-site roof inspections and measurements
Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates
Interpret plans, specifications, and proposal requirements
Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and project managers
Identify labor, materials, and time requirements for each project
Assist the sales team and provide technical expertise
Deliver proposals and follow up with clients to help close deals
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or in a similar construction estimating role
Strong understanding of roofing systems (residential)
Proficient with estimating softwareExcellent mathematical, communication, and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and deadline-drivenValid clean driver’s license; ability to perform site visits What We Offer
