Job Description The Field Consultant will be responsible for contacting multiple collision centers in‑person daily, reviewing the benefits of our client's Wholesale Advantage Program with each collision center, and encouraging the centers to place orders and begin earning rebates.
Responsibilities
Visiting multiple collision shops in a defined territory daily
Meet with decision makers explaining the benefits of the Nissan Wholesale Advantage Program
Assist collision center with program enrollment if not currently enrolled
Encourage collision centers to utilize the program and CCC and /OPS ValueTrax when providing estimates to facing dealer
Instruct collision shop personnel on how to submit repair requests into CCC and OPS ValueTrax system
Follow up email and phone contact with collision shop if needed
Complete detailed Collision Center Contact Reports
Qualifications
OEM Parts experience preferred
CCC/OPS ValueTrax/OEC CollisionLink system knowledge preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills
Additional Information The Consultant will need to be available and have the desire to travel 90% of the time. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, self‑starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.
