Outside Sales Manager

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Outside Sales Manager, located in Champaign, IL. The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and close deals effectively

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to build and nurture client relationships

Account Management skills to oversee and grow existing accounts

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Experience with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
