Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Account Executive located in Dayton, OH. Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering long‑term relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves working closely with the internal team to ensure the successful implementation of advertising campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
Sales and account management experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales technologies
Organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Understanding of advertising strategies and familiarity with out‑of‑home media is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
