Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales with an ability to manage and grow client relationships
Proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing high-quality Customer Service
Prior exposure to Lead Generation and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
Knowledge of Account Management and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently
Familiarity with electrical, electronic, or automation products is a plus
Associate's degree or relevant work experience is preferred
