The Regional Sales Manager role reports to the Director of Sales - Workforce. Primary responsibilities are to add new logos, grow new revenue, maximize IAMs footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID prospects within the Southern US. The Regional Sales Manager must effectively identify new project opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations including senior management and all subsequent departments essential to advancing HID Global’s market position. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to sell enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute a business plan to grow the territory through established relationships, developing new relationships, and working with our channel partners.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities
Driving new logo development, while upgrading existing customers to the latest release
Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
Developing and executing a comprehensive regional business plan
Continually building and growing a robust sales pipeline
Successfully managing all aspects of the sales process
Partnering with and managing territory HID channel partners
Working closely with pre‑sales & post‑sales teams
Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Your Experience and Background
BS/BA degree, or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry.
4–7 years exceeding sales quota as a Regional Sales Manager for a technology vendor (preferably in IAM, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software).
Track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for field‑sales presentations and software demonstrations.
Self‑motivated with superb organizational skills.
Extensive network of customers and advocates in the market.
Background working in both a direct and indirect sales model.
Experience working with and enabling channel partners.
MEDDICC/MEDDPICC experience preferred.

Compensation The base salary in the United States is $135,000 to $154,000. The OTE is up to $300,000. The wage range considers various factors including skill set, experience, and certifications. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differential. Compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each case.
