Role Summary
As an ABA Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, in‑person therapy services to clients in the Queens, NY area. You will implement customized therapy plans, collect and record data on client progress, engage clients in evidence‑based learning and behavior modification, provide guidance and support to families, and maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans. Collect and record data on client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Engage clients in evidence-based learning and behavior modification techniques. Provide guidance and support to families, educating them on ABA strategies. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and regulations.
Requirements
Ability to commute to/from Queens, NY (required). Valid ABA Therapy License/Certification. Bachelor's degree. Ability to make learning fun and interactive, tailoring tutoring to student questions and comments. Ability to pass a background check if required.
