Account Executive We are looking for high‑energy and independent sales professionals to be an integral part of a quickly growing sales team!

As an Account Executive at Tekmetric, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and shaping the future of our customer relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure every customer finds value in our platform.

Account Manager – Accounting In this role, you will be responsible for helping the accounting team with month‑end close including but not limited to special business line reporting and variable compensation calculations. SMB Customer Success Manager (CSM) As an SMB Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a key role in helping hundreds of automotive repair shops succeed with Tekmetric. Working as part of a pooled Customer Success team, you’ll deliver value through digital touchpoints, targeted outreach, and scalable programs that help customers achieve measurable business results.

Payments Account Executive As a Payments Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Tekmerchant’s integrated payment solutions to new and existing customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with automotive repair shops to optimize their payment processing and enhance their overall business operations. This role requires a strong ability to prospect, close deals, and manage relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be accountable for key performance metrics, including revenue targets, close rates, pipeline management, and customer retention.

Payments Development Representative The Payments Development Representative is responsible for driving adoption of Tekmetric Payments within our existing customer base. This role focuses exclusively on engaging current Tekmetric users who have not yet activated our integrated payments experience. You will contact shops, share the operational value of switching to integrated payments, qualify interest, and book attended demos with our Payments Specialists. You will manage a list‑based outbound motion and work closely with the Payments team to prioritize accounts based on usage and readiness signals.

Sales Development Representative Our Sales Development Representatives will partner with our sales team to implement sales and pipeline‑building strategies. This role plays an integral part in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads.

Salesforce System Administrator We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless functionality to support reporting, compliance, and business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a focus on delivering an excellent end‑user experience.

Senior ABM Manager As a Senior ABM Manager, you'll build and scale an ABM function to drive Tekmetric's brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition efforts through the orchestration and execution of a tiered ABM strategy across various channels.
