Sales/Marketing Associate – Senior Living Community – Fort Collins
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday
Pay:
$24.00/hour + commission bonus

Job Summary:
The Community Relations Associate communicates with residents, families, internal staff, and outside agencies. They conduct tours, solve family problems, maintain admission records, work with referral agencies, and represent MorningStar professionally to achieve occupancy goals. This goal‑oriented position is rewarded with commission incentives.
Responsibilities
Conduct tours of the community for potential residents, families, visitors, and placement agency representatives.
Attend and participate in in‑service educational programs related to psychosocial needs of the elderly, community resources, and admission requirements (Title XVIII & Title XIX).
Learn and apply MorningStar's 7 Steps for Relationship Selling.
Manage leads by promptly following up on phone calls, e‑mails, and in‑person tours to advance and close sales.
Ensure suite walkthroughs are complete before new resident arrival by coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping.
Provide consistent on‑boarding practices including welcome baskets and Resident Ambassador introductions.
Communicate new resident information to all departments.
Schedule move‑in/move‑out details such as elevator availability, delivery areas, and meal times.
Assist the Director of Community Relations in planning and implementing marketing events.
Help retain residents by working with the Director of Community Relations, Wellness Director, and Executive Director.
Maintain professional confidentiality.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum high‑school diploma; two years or more of college preferred.
Job knowledge: Community resources, resident inquiry handling, knowledge of community services and cost structures, confidential information handling, judgment, driving, computer literacy, and ability to learn Resident/Marketing software.
Strong interpersonal skills, personable and friendly, capable of working independently.
Eligibility for benefits for team members scheduled 24+ hours per week; families also eligible.
