About The Role As we expand our partner ecosystem, we're looking for a skilled

Channel Marketing Manager

to accelerate CINC sales pipeline creation and better position and equip CINC’s partners for their own success. CINC partners with banks to source new business and support clients with integrated financial software, products, and services. CINC also integrates with other software partners to provide management companies and self-managed community associations with integrated solutions that make CINC’s product the stickiest in the market. Improving workflow, generating better financial, operational, and client outcomes are the software partner benefits. CINC will begin adding additional value to our clients in 2026 by partnering with them to generate new business from additional community associations.

The

Channel Marketing Manager

will own strategy and execution for marketing programs that drive brand CINC awareness, adoption, and measurable pipeline through CINC’s bank, software, and client partners. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer with experience building and implementing co‑marketing channel programs and working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and channel executives. You’ll enable partners with compelling marketing assets, develop scalable partner campaigns, and support our strategic alliances with best‑in‑class go‑to‑market plans.

Key Responsibilities Channel & Partner Strategy

Build and execute a channel marketing strategy that drives qualified pipeline sourced from banking, software, and client partners.

Develop annual and quarterly co‑marketing plans aligning CINC pipeline objectives with partner goals and revenue targets.

Identify and prioritize partner opportunities based on market fit, impact, and scalability.

Campaign Execution

Lead the development of co‑branded collateral, partner toolkits, landing pages, case studies, and social content.

Create and manage multi‑touch campaigns (e.g. email, webinars, content, events, ABM) with and through partners to increase product awareness and generate leads.

Launch partner enablement programs to improve engagement and deal flow.

Partner Relationship Management

Serve as a day‑to‑day marketing liaison for key bank, software, and client partners.

Collaborate with partner teams on messaging, joint announcements, and promotional activities.

Support partner sales teams with training materials, pitch decks, competitive content, and incentives to motivate behavior.

Analytics & Reporting

Track partner campaign performance, revenue influence, and pipeline contribution.

Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership and partner stakeholders.

Ensure all co‑marketing activities are optimized and measurable.

Qualifications Required

5–7 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.

Demonstrated success building or scaling partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.

Strong project management skills with experience coordinating across marketing, sales, and external partners.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.

Ability to create high‑quality content and collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing ops.

Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Preferred

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial partnerships, especially with banks or payments partners.

Background working with channel ecosystems, reseller programs, or strategic alliances.

Understanding of the community association management or proptech industry.
