We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across our Charleston, Florence, or Myrtle Beach locations. Hybrid work options will be considered for the right candidate.
The Role The Marketing Manager will own the firm’s marketing strategy, driving visibility as the premier employer and trusted partner in assurance, tax, and advisory services. This leadership role will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and collaborate closely with firm leadership to achieve measurable growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute firm-wide and service-line marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on branding, positioning, and market growth opportunities.
Establish KPIs and track ROI for all marketing initiatives, reporting results to executive leadership.
Brand Development & Digital Strategy
Oversee the firm’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
Lead website strategy and optimization to drive lead generation and talent acquisition.
Direct social media strategy to enhance employer branding and thought leadership.
Content & Communications
Drive thought leadership initiatives, including articles, whitepapers, and multimedia content.
Oversee development of high-value marketing collateral and persuasive sales materials.
Manage internal and external communications, including press releases and recruitment marketing.
Events & Sponsorships
Lead planning and execution of major firm events, webinars, and conferences.
Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and ensure measurable ROI.
Sales & Business Development Support
Partner with practice leaders to develop proposals and presentations that win business.
Oversee CRM and sales pipeline management to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in professional services.
Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives and manage teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Stellar writing skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
Experience working with CRM/Microsoft Dynamics, email distribution software, social scheduling tool and Canva/design software.
