Essential Duties & Tasks
Identify and schedule qualified tours for our sales consultants. Participate in a proactive team effort to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide a high-quality and warm experience to guests and members. Maintain constant communication with the Director of In-House Marketing regarding exceptions and events. Sell attraction tickets and schedule transportation services for guests and members with thorough knowledge of area and resort information and directions.
Qualifications
Self-motivated and goal-orientated, thriving in a dynamic environment. Committed to exceptional guest service and positive interactions. Reliable transportation. Strong persuasive interpersonal skills to gain guest acceptance of ideas, plans, and services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong cash handling skills. Timeshare sales or marketing experience is a plus.
