Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bettendorf, IA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and creating tailored sales strategies. Daily tasks will include managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, providing training, and optimizing customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals while supporting clients in their automation solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships

Proven experience in Sales and expertise in Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets

Ability to explain features and benefits for clients to enhance product knowledge and usage

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge in Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Familiarity with automation and electronic products is a plus
