This space invites customers into the world of craft chocolate and coffee through tours, tastings, events, and a unique behind‑the‑scenes factory experience.
Role Overview The Wholesale Sales Coordinator supports Moka Origins’ growing wholesale division by managing day‑to‑day sales operations, trade show logistics, and account support. This role is designed for a detail‑oriented, proactive team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in expanding a mission‑driven brand.
As a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll support areas from sample coordination and category submissions to demo management and promotional tracking. You’ll help us stay organized, professional, and responsive as we continue to grow our national retail presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the promotional calendar across all retail accounts
Support category review submissions, vendor forms, and item setup documentation
Coordinate and track sample kit preparation and follow‑ups
Process wholesale orders and assist with occasional fulfillment needs
Update CRM with leads, account notes, and key activities
Field Marketing & Demo Coordination
Manage demo and sampling programs, including scheduling and staffing
Plan and execute in‑store audits, ensuring proper merchandising and compliance
Oversee trade show logistics: booth shipments, travel, setup, and staffing coordination
Assist with promotional execution tracking and post‑event reporting
Support networking efforts to identify new account leads
Collaborate with the Sales Director on outreach campaigns and retail expansions
Contribute to maintaining accurate buyer lists, broker databases, and account contacts
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in CPG sales coordination, retail marketing, or account support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, growing company
Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and trade show logistics a plus
A passion for ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible brands
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
No prior chocolate experience required — training provided
