Role Overview
Lead the sales team in Port St. Lucie, FL, ensuring the promotion and sale of treatments, service packages, and skincare products. Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through strategic coaching and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor in‑spa sales staff to maximize results
Drive upselling of treatments, packages, and skincare products
Monitor daily net sales and implement improvement strategies
Maintain high team motivation and engagement
Candidate Profile
Previous sales experience (any industry)
Motivated, results‑driven, and enthusiastic
Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Tax Status
Base pay: P3,000/month (guaranteed)
Commission opportunities discussed during interview
W9/1099 – responsible for own taxes; W2 may be considered based on performance
Work Schedule
In‑person, 4 days per week
8–10 hours per day
