Base pay range $95,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Sell and cultivate a strong client base for premium supplemental insurance products.

Master B2B sales processes with relationship building, cold calling, and client engagement.

Lead by example and mentor new team members as sales framework knowledge is gained.

The primary we seek is a proactive individual who is eager to take charge and lead by example, rather than passively observing and attempting to influence the team from the sidelines.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).

Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
