Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Salesperson. The salesperson will also collaborate with a variety of real estate professionals and contribute to meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Southern California
Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust with clients
Proficiency in market research, CRM tools, and property listing platforms
Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
Previous experience in residential sales is a plus
