Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive coverage for clients.
Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial insurance account management.
In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in insurance management software, AMS360, and standard office applications.
California Property & Casualty License.
