Overview
CoolToday is hiring Sales Lead Generators to join our energetic team. The role acts as a brand ambassador, engaging customers and scheduling appointments with our Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate enjoys conversation, is driven by commission and thrives in a fun, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers at the company display and encourage them to learn about our products and services.
Walk throughout the store, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs.
Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from customers on their individual needs.
Schedule an appointment for a Sales Consultant to visit the customer’s home and provide an estimate for product and services.
Build rapport and relationships with the store leadership team.
Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
Qualifications
Mandatory to work weekends and some holidays.
Prior retail experience highly desired but not required.
Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time.
Must be outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have the ability to use a smartphone for email and text.
No HVAC or water treatment experience required.
