Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
Active and valid state licensure in Washington.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
Job Details
Pay: $2,806.80 to $3,000 per week.
Setting: Home Health.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Shift: 5 days, 8‑hour shifts (08:00–16:30).
