About the Role
Join Albertsons Companies in a fast‑paced environment where innovation and customer service intersect. As a Pricing and Yield Analyst you will lead initiatives that optimize revenue streams and deliver actionable insights across media pricing dynamics.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, product, and finance to develop and implement pricing strategies.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of pricing structures, competitive pricing, and performance benchmarks.
Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability.
Respond to inbound pricing requests from Client Success and Product teams to develop balanced pricing proposals and strategies that help win deals.
Develop and enforce business rules related to rates, margins, discounts, and make goods.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Media Ops teams to ensure processes and rate cards support strong deals.
Assist with the insertion order approval process to identify potential risks in IOs/media plans prior to signature.
Monitor and evaluate yield metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain primary sources of pricing data including Salesforce (CRM), Ad Vendio (OMS), ad server data (GAM), Billing, and other sources.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within pricing and inventory systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years pricing and yield analytics experience, minimum 3-4 years in media, advertising required.
Deep understanding of digital advertising analytics, media KPIs, and pricing strategies.
Experience building approval workflows, discounting matrices, order management systems, inventory systems.
Experience building media plans and managing campaigns for a digital publisher is preferred.
Highly competent user of Excel, Salesforce, and analytics reporting tools.
Ability to influence, and effectively explain concepts and rationale to audiences with varying levels of experience.
Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask to meet deadlines.

Salary Range The salary range is $62,700 to $81,540 annually. Starting salary will vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
Location & Schedule Position in office 4 days per week. Will be based in Boise ID, Pleasanton, CA, or Itasca IL.
