We are hiring a
Cloud Engagement Leader
for EPAM’s West Coast Business Units and West Coast Select Technology accounts to join our growing Cloud Business Practice. As a Cloud Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of Cloud Business within the assigned Business Unit. You will work directly with EPAM’s customers, our business leaders, delivery organization, and Cloud Providers, and serve as a Cloud Modernization SME promoting best practices for Cloud engagements and projects.

Responsibilities
Partner with EPAM’s Business Units to drive high-quality Cloud engagement within the portfolio
Serve as the most senior Cloud SME and advisor to the BU team
Serve as the main point of contact for Cloud Professional Services to the BU Team
Collaborate with the Director, VP, and C-level management at clients and serve as a trusted Cloud technology advisor for them
Build relationships with Cloud Services Providers and establish rapport with the key stakeholders to drive
Identify, develop, and close cloud deals within the portfolio
Spearhead Cloud deal pursuits and be a player-coach
Serve as the Cloud Transformation leader for clients as part of the projects
Work closely with EPAM senior management, Business Units, and other practices and orchestrate pursuits
Ability to travel up to 25%
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Business Administration degree will be an advantage
10+ Years in technology consulting and delivery with recent focus on Cloud Modernization projects
5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing cloud business with the professional services, ISV, or Enterprise Engineering space
Cloud Engineering background and experience in structuring Cloud Migration and Cloud Modernization programs
Strong understanding of the Cloud adoption, migration, and modernization patterns 5R/6R/7R methodologies
Hands-on experience delivering Cloud Migration & Modernization, Cloud Applications Development, Cloud Infrastructure Development, and Support Services
Hands-on development and systems engineering experience
5 years of experience working with/for one or more major cloud providers, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and OCI. Certification(s) is highly desirable
Experience with designing, planning, and implementing projects that include but are not limited to the following spaces: Cloud enablement migration, Application modernization, Cloud native development, Cloud managed services, Cloud Governance, CCoE, DevOps, and SRE
Industry experience in one or many areas is desirable: Telco, Media and Entertainment, ISV/Global Technology companies
Executive relationship skills
Strategic Sales Pursuit Management and multi-team orchestration experience
Ability to understand the 'big picture’ and convert it into an actionable plan
Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers
