Role Description We are looking for a full‑time Business Development Executive who will pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners. The role involves analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision‑makers, and focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales. You will maintain ongoing relations with trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business.

Responsibilities
Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
Proactively identify new business opportunities to increase sales.
Reinforce relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets.
Deliver sales presentations on a weekly basis.
Develop opportunities to cross‑sell products to existing clients.
Requirements
Ability to build and develop relationships and demonstrate positive brand awareness.
Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the restoration and construction industries is preferred.
Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
