Community Marketing & Experience Manager
to be the face, voice, and heartbeat of one of Rochester’s most dynamic residential communities. This role blends
marketing, concierge style service, and event coordination
into a highly visible, relationship-driven position with real ownership and creative input.

What You’ll Do Community Experience & Concierge Services
Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for residents, partners, and visitors
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience that makes residents feel known and supported
Build trust and rapport through consistent communication and relationship management
Balance community guidelines with a warm, service-oriented approach
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent after-hours needs
Marketing, Communications & Brand Presence
Own and produce a
weekly tenant newsletter
highlighting events, amenities, and community updates
Promote vacancies through engaging online listings and outreach efforts
Create and distribute marketing and promotional materials
Represent the community at
college housing fairs, campus events, and outreach initiatives
Serve as a brand ambassador for the property both on-site and in the community
Events, Programming & Engagement
Support the planning and execution of tenant events and community programming
Help activate shared spaces like the student lounge and common areas
Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen resident engagement and retention
Operations & Coordination (Experience‑Focused)
Coordinate tours, open houses, and move‑in experiences
Facilitate smooth move‑ins and move‑outs with attention to detail and hospitality
Liaise with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure spaces reflect brand standards
Manage access logistics (keys, fobs, parking, amenities)
Assist with lease documentation and basic rent‑related coordination
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communicator with a people‑first mindset
Interest in
marketing, events, hospitality, communications, or community‑building
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new systems
Professional, dependable, and solutions‑oriented
English fluency required; bilingual and/or ASL skills a plus
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Compensation & Benefits
