AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life each day, providing guests with an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values.
Your Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, building brand loyalty, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
Your Responsibilities
You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset (we provide training).
You educate guests on product details and suggest appropriate items.
You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
You adapt between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
You assist teammates to achieve store goals.
You uphold AEO's policies and procedures, acting with integrity.

You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You love AE & Aerie products.
You have prior retail experience.
You are at least 16 years old.
