Client Relation Specialist

We are partnering with a casual, family-oriented financial services company to find an organized and assertive professional to join their vendor relations team. In this role, you are not cold calling; instead, you are reaching out to existing business partners and vendors to educate them on upcoming program changes and agreement updates. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, phone-based environment and wants to work for a stable company that values professional communication and accountability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Client Relation Specialist serves as a vital link between the company and its established vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and compliant.

  • Vendor Outreach: Conduct a high volume of structured outbound calls to existing company vendors to discuss program changes and available options. Because these are pre-existing relationships, vendors are generally receptive and professional.
  • Program Education: Clearly and accurately advise business partners of updates to program terms, payment policies, and financial agreements.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Effectively multitask between calls by logging detailed notes, updating vendor records, and utilizing internal systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Performance Standards: Set and maintain high standards of performance by completing all daily outreach and documentation tasks with responsibility.
  • Process Adaptation: Quickly learn and utilize internal outreach platforms and tracking systems to maintain efficient workflow.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in B2B (business-to-business) outreach, professional call center environments, or inside sales is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 WPM. Must be able to pass a basic computer and phone skills assessment.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Must be open to constructive coaching and willing to adapt communication techniques based on team feedback.
  • Reliability: Exemplary attendance and punctuality are mandatory for success in this role.
  • Local Residency: Must reside in the local area and have reliable transportation to the office.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
