Position Summary The
HRIS Analyst II
plays a critical role in administering, enhancing, and optimizing CFG Health Network’s Human Resources Information Systems. This position serves as a subject‑matter expert for
UKG Pro , ensuring system integrity, supporting key HR functions, and delivering data‑driven insights across compensation, compliance, performance management, recruiting, and workforce analytics.
The HRIS Analyst II partners closely with HR, Payroll, and organizational leadership to configure system solutions that align with evolving business needs while ensuring accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Job Functions Serve as the primary system administrator for the UKG Pro Payroll/Human Resources Information System and act as the primary backup administrator for the HealthStream Learning Management System.
Lead the implementation and ongoing support of UKG modules, including
Recruiting Gateway, Talent Management, Compensation Administration, and Leave Administration .
Define system requirements and configure UKG Pro to support organizational workflows and strategic objectives.
Provide functional and technical support to HRIS users; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues efficiently.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, testing of system updates, report development, and continuous process improvement.
Develop and maintain complex
UKG Business Intelligence
reports, including matrix, composite reports, and dashboards.
Perform compliance‑related audits and collaborate with business leaders to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date employee records.
Partner with the Payroll Director to maintain, modify, and enhance system functionality and processes.
Ensure HRIS compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
2–3 years of hands‑on UKG Pro experience required .
Strong working knowledge of
UKG Pro Recruiting Gateway .
Core Competencies Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and organizational leaders.
Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills with the ability to work independently while remaining accountable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Advanced PC skills, including
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
Demonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms;
UKG Pro experience strongly preferred .
Supervisory Responsibilities This is a
non‑exempt, individual contributor
role with no direct supervisory responsibilities.
