Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

dominant force in commercial construction , is searching for an exceptional and
results-driven Assistant Superintendent .
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent in coordinating and supervising the daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Communicate project priorities and sequencing to field staff and subcontractors.
Ensure all trade partners are adhering to the established schedule and site rules.
Oversee site logistics, including the efficient placement of materials, management of temporary facilities/utilities, and maintenance of a clean and organized job site.
Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, ensuring they arrive on time and are accurately stored and safeguarded against loss, damage, or waste.
Key Experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, with prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role preferred.
High School Diploma/GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and communicating construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and scheduling software.
