Research, write, and edit high-quality marketing proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development.
Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to streamline the proposal process.
Ensure all proposals are consistent with the company’s branding, messaging, and style guidelines.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in marketing and proposal writing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing proposal writing or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing proposals and related writing samples.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (ideally InDesign and Photoshop)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
