4. Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics to align supply, pricing, and timing

Collaborate with Marketing and Programs on messaging and partner engagement strategy

5. Mission Stewardship & Relationship Leadership

Represent HATCH with professionalism, credibility, and empathy

Build transparent, trust-based partnerships with food banks and pantries

Balance urgency to move product with respect for partner capacity and constraints

Serve as a visible ambassador for HATCH’s mission and values

Experience managing a book of business with measurable results

Strong organizational skills and relentless follow-through

Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce/Acumatica preferred)

Excellent communication — direct, empathetic, credible
