Responsibilities:
What
You’ll
Do: Provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and
demonstrate
customer focus
in every interaction. Identify
pest issues both inside and outside homes or
businesses
,
full training provided. Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services that help customers feel secure and informed. Follow all safety protocols while conducting
services
, handling equipment, and applying treatments to protect yourself, your team, and customers. Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while adhering to best practices. Use handheld devices to accurately log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions efficiently.

Minimum
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
required Ability to obtain the
appropriate pesticide
license within the first
90 days
of employment (company paid) Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access
crawl
spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
