Contract Manager Specialist

The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a highly qualified Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contractual agreements within the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency. This includes drafting, coordinating, executing, and monitoring contracts to ensure the effective and compliant use of state and federal funds. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities also include providing expert-level contract support to leadership and stakeholders, maintaining alignment with all applicable laws and regulations, and exercising sound judgment in contract or procurement-related decisions. The position will perform all job tasks in accordance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and requirements applicable to state and federal laws or procedures.
