This role is crucial for developing and implementing electrical systems and designs that enhance our energy production capabilities, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and compliance with environmental standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing clean, efficient energy solutions to our diverse range of clients across the United States. Design and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for new energy sites, including renewable energy projects. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure that electrical designs meet legal, safety, and client specifications. Perform and evaluate site-specific electrical calculations, ensuring optimal system functionality. Utilize advanced modeling software to simulate electrical systems before implementation. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design files, schematics, and installation procedures. Present design plans and data analysis to stakeholders for review and feedback. Stay updated on new technologies and regulations in the electrical and energy sectors. Provide technical support during the construction, installation, and commissioning phases of projects. Proficiency in CAD software and tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar. Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and energy management. Ability to perform complex calculations and technical analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.
