Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Intake Specialist, based in Boca Raton, FL, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to gather case information, conducting initial assessments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client intake process. This role requires maintaining clear and compassionate communication with potential clients, documenting case details accurately, and collaborating with attorneys to streamline case evaluation and assignment. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Proficiency in Client Intake processes and maintaining accurate records for case assessments.
Customer Service expertise and a client‑focused approach to address inquiries and deliver excellent support.
Understanding of Insurance processes and terminology related to personal injury cases is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with client management systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in a legal, healthcare, or customer service setting is beneficial.
