Responsibilities
When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting.
Support and mentor the 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU.
Build and maintain efficient file structures and processes.
Provide coaching and training to junior team members.
Maintain high operational standards and deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
Experienced Loan Officer with strong knowledge of Mortgage products.
Proficient with Conv, Gov, Non-QM, DU/LP, Fannie/Freddie.
Leadership experience and the ability to build and lead a team.
Strong work ethic, resilient, and willing to work long hours (7 days a week, 12–15 hours per day).
Excellent communication, teaching, and problem‑solving skills.
We’re a remote position.
