Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM products.
Fluency in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie and Freddie.

Leadership and team building.
Relentless work ethic and hustle.
Ability to teach file structuring and mentor new team members.

Responsibilities Your mission? When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting – especially for our 6 new Loan Officers from the last 30 days, who need a guru like you.
I’m grinding 7 days a week, 12‑15 hours a day. I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the WALK. If you’re not scared of hard work and have the skills, let’s TALK. Think you can handle it? This is a remote position.
