Monitor and manage the operations of nuclear reactors in compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols. Supervise and train reactor operations team to ensure high performance and adherence to all safety procedures. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to guarantee operational integrity and reliability. Implement energy management practices and contribute to the development of renewable energy projects. Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate continuous improvement and technological upgrades. Prepare detailed reports on reactor operations and incident management for upper management and regulatory bodies.
