Digital Advertising Sales Executive (Outside Sales) Job Title: Digital Advertising Sales Executive (Outside Sales) This position is a full time on site position in Addison Texas. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Sales Executive to drive new business and grow strategic accounts through the sale of high-impact digital marketing solutions. This is an outside sales role designed for a proven seller who understands consultative selling, can engage confidently with Director- and Vice President-level decision makers, and has a track record of closing complex, performance-driven digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong prospector, polished communicator, and trusted advisor who can align digital strategies with business objectives for mid-to-large organizations. Compensation Base salary plus commission Competitive, uncapped earning potential Performance incentives and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new business with mid-market and enterprise-level companies Build and maintain relationships with Director, VP, and senior marketing stakeholders Sell and manage a full suite of digital marketing solutions, including: Cost-Per-Click (CPC) campaigns Geo-targeted digital campaigns Video view and awareness campaigns focusing on video views and watch time Social media management and paid social programs Develop customized, results-driven digital strategies aligned with client KPIs Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, proposals, and strategy sessions Collaborate with internal campaign management and creative teams to ensure successful execution Monitor campaign performance and communicate results, optimizations, and insights to clients Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation Stay current on digital advertising trends, platforms, and best practices Required Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of digital media or digital marketing sales experience Proven success selling digital advertising solutions to large companies and organizations Demonstrated experience calling on and closing Director- and VP-level buyers Strong background selling campaigns across Google Ads YouTube Facebook Instagram TikTok Deep understanding of CPC models, audience targeting, geo-fencing/geo-targeting, and video performance metrics Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to articulate complex digital strategies in a clear, compelling manner Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in an outside sales environment Preferred Attributes Strategic, consultative selling mindset Strong presentation and storytelling skills Data-driven approach to campaign performance and optimization Professional presence with confidence in executive-level conversations Entrepreneurial attitude with a hunger to grow revenue and client relationships Why Join Us Sell in-demand digital solutions with measurable ROI Autonomy and flexibility of an outside sales role Supportive team environment with strong operational and campaign execution support Clear path for professional and income growth Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries: Broadcast Media Production and Distribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
