Overview We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead content strategy and execution across digital products and experiences. This role partners closely with UX, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams to create clear, consistent, and user-centered content that drives usability, engagement, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, and thrives working onsite in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver end-to-end content design across web and product experiences. Write and design UX copy, microcopy, and interaction content that is clear, concise, and on‑brand. Partner with UX Designers and Researchers to shape flows, IA, and user journeys. Translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive language. Define and maintain content standards, voice, and tone guidelines . Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality experiences. Use data, research, and usability testing to validate and iterate on content. Present content rationale and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Mentor junior content designers or writers as needed. Advocate for content design best practices and accessibility standards. Required Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy . Strong portfolio demonstrating product and UX-focused content work . Experience working within cross-functional product teams. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and brand voice . Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week . Familiarity with design and collaboration tools (Figma, Contentful, Jira, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Background in enterprise, SaaS, or consumer digital products. Experience defining or scaling content systems and design systems. Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive language, and usability best practices. Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
