Marketing and Influencer Growth Specialist Vara Juice is looking for a creative, motivated Influencer Marketing & Community Growth Specialist to help us experiment, explore, and execute new marketing ideas as we expand our franchise footprint. This role is ideal for college seniors, recent graduates, or early-career marketers who want real responsibility, real results, and the opportunity to build a name for themselves inside a fast-growing franchise brand. You won’t just be managing influencers — you’ll be helping shape how Vara Juice grows at the local community level . What You’ll Do This role goes beyond posting content. It’s about building relationships, testing ideas, and driving measurable growth. Core Responsibilities Research and identify local influencers and content creators for each Vara Juice location (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat) Evaluate influencer audiences, engagement rates, reach, and brand alignment Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and community creators Coordinate influencer collaborations, promotions, and in-store activations Track performance using promo codes, QR codes, links, and in-store redemptions Analyze campaign results and optimize based on real ROI Stay up to date with social media trends and local marketing opportunities Support franchise locations with store-level marketing and community growth ideas Work closely with management to scale what works across all locations What Success Looks Like Consistent foot traffic driven by influencer and community marketing Clear ROI tied to influencer campaigns and promotions Strong local brand presence around each store Creative ideas that turn into real executions Lower marketing waste through smarter tracking and testing Repeatable systems that work across multiple locations Who We’re Looking For College seniors or recent graduates strongly encouraged Hungry, ambitious, and eager to prove themselves Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to test new ideas Comfortable with social media platforms and influencer culture Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bonus: experience with local businesses or multi-location brands You do NOT need years of experience.
