We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at our Downers Grove, IL office. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will assist in the implementation and evaluation of various marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to support project implementation and evaluation for our legal clients. Organize and input data within spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and perform data analysis from various marketing sources, including Google. Create and manage social media content across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Utilize marketing software and analytical tools to assist in data analysis and generate valuable insights. Prepare well-crafted written communications to present findings to management as well as professional verbal communication when discussing projects with clients. Thrive in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and follow directions. Strive for continuous improvement and contribute innovative recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. Requirements: Proficiency in using computers and willingness to learn various marketing software and analytical tools. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of legal information provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey ideas effectively and professionally to other teams as well as clients. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. Alternatively, candidates with a proven work-related history will also be considered. Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this full-time, on-site position is $18-20 per hour.
