This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers on this position over the last six to twelve months have average annualized earnings of $60,000.
Job Details:
Dispatch daily rate: $28.75 per day
Route mileage rate: $0.48 - $0.56 per mile
Stop pay: $3.25 - $5.28 per stop
Unload pay: $0.4595 - $0.5341 per unit
Multi-family site unload pay: $0.5216 - $0.5962 per unit
Delivery service time: $0.4099 - $0.4968 per minute
Cross-docking: $20.00 per hour
New hire training period: Activity base pay
Safety training: $20 pay per hour
Holiday pay: $140 per day
