Data Entry Specialist
In support of a strategic sourcing department, this role is responsible for keying in a moderate volume of requisitions and resolving any discrepancies from mis-keyed invoices and/or inaccurate business unit classification. Responsibilities: Enter a moderate volume of requisitions accurately. Resolve discrepancies from mis-keyed invoices. Ensure accurate business unit classification. Essential Skills: Proficiency in data entry and order entry. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Strong typing skills. Ability to manage inventory. Provide administrative support. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment: Candidates need to be within a 60-minute radius of Charlotte or Greensboro to attend quarterly meetings. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Winston-Salem, NC. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
